In case of receipt of non-conforming products

you are entitled, at your own option, to require taking of the following actions:

  • proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
  • replacement with the Goods of an analogous brand (model, article) or with the Goods of another brand (model, article) with the respective recalculation of the purchase price;
  • you are also entitled to repudiate the contract and to require the return of the monetary amount paid for the Goods.

A non-conforming product is a product containing defects.

A defect of the product is a noncompliance with its obligatory requirements provided by the law or the present terms of sale, or the purposes for which the Goods of this kind are usually used, or the purposes about which we will notify you when concluding a contract for the sale of the Goods.

The received Goods shall correspond to the description on the Site. The difference in the design or style elements from the description given on the Site is not a sign of improper quality.

When the Goods are delivered, you shall put your signature on the notice of delivery, which fact confirms the full completeness and the absence of any claims to the quantity and appearance of the Goods. After the Goods have been accepted, claims to the external defects of the Goods, their quantity, completeness and marketable appearance are not accepted.

If you were handed over the non-conforming Goods

You shall carry out the return of the non-conforming Goods not later than within 20 calendar days from the moment of receipt of your parcel (order).

You are entitled to return the cost of delivery, reverse shipment and monetary funds paid for the non-conforming Goods.

Is it possible to return the Goods of proper quality?

You can reject the Goods at any time before their handover as well as within 7 days after the handover of the Goods.

The return of the Goods is possible if you have preserved their marketable appearance, consumer properties as well as a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the specified Goods.

We will refund you the amount paid, except for the cost of delivery of the returned Goods, within 10 days from the date of making of the relevant demand.

The repayment of money is carried out in the following way when paying for an order on the non-cash basis — by means of transferring the funds to your bank card, from which the Goods were paid, upon receipt of a demand for a refund. Undersky, LLC shall not be liable for the actions of the bank issuing your card.

The demand for a refund can be sent to us by enclosing a request in writing to the return shipment, or by calling the service line of Undersky, LLC at 8 (3852) 289-999 or through sending a message to the e-mail address null@meitan.ru or by forwarding a message per mail to the address: 656015, Altai Region, Barnaul, Profinterna St., h. 24.
