I learnt about MeiTan ten years ago. At that moment, time was measured by my little daughter’s age. We got into a difficult life situation, lost our home and profitable business. We had a little child and a desire to meet our basic needs simply: food, clothing and home. I came with the intention of gaining extra profit, because there was a time when I risked all in a single bet for the sake of another network company, and I lost my traditional business and the wellbeing of my family. Now I analyze and understand: no, I do not complain or regret that I decided to immerse myself in multilevel marketing in due time.
However, nowadays I relate to quick profits and castles in the air with great care, because I know that real prosperity means a huge work that not everyone can manage.
The first monetary funds were retail income, which helped us survive. But even during that difficult time, I offered people a system and honestly talked them about all the possibilities that I did not understand in full. It was a time of endless business trips and meetings and, finally, we moved from a small Altai town to a metropolitan city – Novosibirsk. We decided to open our MeiTan Regional Office. Everything worked out, and I moved my family to a rented apartment three months later. These were the daily 24 hours of creation: how to make the business profitable and get our own home. I realized that I had grown out of a small office, and decided to open a new, larger one. There was already a strong team around me – my partners, who are now with me, and I am immensely grateful to them.
I want to talk about one day that reloaded me. Once we drove in a car with our relatives, and I told them how profitable my business was. They asked me a discouraging question: “Lyudmila, if your business is so profitable, why does your family not live with you? Why do you do this business alone?” I did not remember what I answered, but it was a shock for me. I tried to forget the conversation, but the subconscious mind did not forget. One day I had to go into hospital, but there was no one to entrust my business to. Thus, I asked my eldest son Zhenya to substitute me during the period. He received training using a telephone! However, Zhenya did it. I left the hospital, and Zhenya continued to work with me: he got involved, kindled and began to show himself not as a manager, but as a partner. I already had a status of the leader at that moment, and the storage business began to develop actively thanks to Zhenya. We learned to listen to each other, to set big goals and to analyze.
This is a family business. The Larins are a whole family dynasty in MeiTan!
