How to place an order?
Choose a product you are interested in the catalogue of the internet shop. Click on «Buy». The product chosen will be put into your cart.
While you are choosing products, your cart is recording changes automatically. You can see the quantity of products put in your cart in the upper right corner of the screen. If you want to see details of your order, mouse over or click on Cart icon. After you have entered your cart, you can change the quantity of products as well as add or remove any products from your order.
Minimum order amount is 700 rubles.
Maximum order amount within one calendar month is 25 000 rubles.
After you have filled in your cart, start placing an order.
If you’ve got a promo code giving you a discount for order or presenting a product as a gift, enter it in the right part of the cart and click on «Apply».
The button «Place an order» will only be active after you have added products into your cart for an amount exceeding the minimum order amount.
Further enter your contact details and choose a method of delivery and payment convenient for you at most.
If you have been already signed in, click on «Log in» and enter your password and login.
Choose your order details – products chosen, your personal data, delivery and payment method.
After you have successfully placed an order, you will get a letter with the order details to the e-mail specified during signing-in.
If necessary, you can cancel your order if it has not been sent to you yet. For this purpose, click on «Cancel an order» at the order page. Please note, that the manager shall confirm cancellation of your order through sending a message via e-mail or by phone.
